Katie began her career in recruitment before joining Cellnovo in 2009 as Operations Manager responsible for the project management of the customer care department and all infrastructure and HR requirements.

Having been with Tidal Lagoon Power since January 2013, Katie now provides centralised support to all development teams to ensure stakeholder engagement is consistent and follows blueprint processes.
