Joanna Lane

Joanna joined Tidal Lagoon Power 2012 after graduating with an MA from the Bauman Research Institute, at the School of Sociology and Social Policy, University of Leeds. Her research in Leeds explored the role of third sector and private sector organisations, focusing on co-operatives.

Previous experience includes working with community organisations and schools in the UK, Spain and Italy to deliver environmental education, community growing schemes and co-operative models for business. Joanna is now a key member of the engagement team, focusing on community benefits and sustainable development.
