Laura joined Tidal Lagoon Power in 2014 after graduating with an MSc in Applied Sport Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University.

She has been focusing on the sport and recreation engagement with stakeholders and is involved in progressing the associated programmes that will support the development of the lagoon proposals to ensure the long-term legacy benefits those that live in the region.
