Andy Field

Head of Communications

Andy is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and experienced in managing communications programmes for a wide range of energy and renewable energy ventures, including tidal technologies. Before joining Tidal Lagoon Power, he established a dedicated Energy & Environment team within the Strategic Communications practice of FTI Consulting.

Since joining Tidal Lagoon Power in 2013, Andy has been responsible for setting out the case for tidal lagoons. He has led the company’s political, media and stakeholder engagement, covering both the world-first Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon and the new market opportunities that follow.
