Tess joined Tidal Lagoon Power in 2012 having previously spent some 20 years delivering world class events on the international stage including The AEGON Championships and The World Super Series Finals. She headed up the engagement team on the Swansea Bay project and was instrumental in supporting Tidal Lagoon (Swansea Bay) Plc through the consultation and public examination periods, alongside developing the associated programmes to ensure the long-term legacy of this new industry benefits those that live in the region.
As Director of Engagement she leads engagement on the future lagoon fleet and establishes a cross business development strategy to ensure delivery of an integrated vision for each future development, whilst leading the strategic thinking behind all regional benefits and opportunities from development through to construction.
